The holiday house
Life on the farm.
The house is 400 square meters and has 4 floors. In the basement there are furnished rooms where you can e.g. can be collected after a ski trip, paddling trip or similar, to hang clothes and other equipment to dry. The room is equipped with several boot dryers, and here everything is ready for winter sports and storing equipment.
The second floor is the main floor with kitchen, bathroom, living room and two entrances. On the third floor you will find all the bedrooms together along a common corridor, here you will also find a cozy reading corner and a common balcony with a view of the river, and a steep staircase up to the Nikkaloftet on the fourth floor.
At the top you will find a rich collection from Nikka's life and work on the farm and a cozy seating area where you can have some time for yourself if you want. The history of the house is in the walls up here in the attic, and Gardeiar Leif is more than happy to tell funny stories from growing up on the farm and the little known Farmora, Nikka.
